Customer Rating: Summary: fees for you and me! Comment: bah.... wanting me to "pass a buck along" for what I should be getting anyways.
" new monthly Regulatory Programs Fee ("Fee") of $0.86 per line of service will be added to your monthly T-Mobile bill, beginning as early as your March 2004 invoice. The fee will help us recover the costs associated with complying with government mandates and programs, such as:
* Enhanced 911 which helps emergency agencies determine your approximate location and call-back number when you dial 911.
* Number pooling which helps reduce the need to create new area codes.
* Number portability which enables wireless customers to bring their current numbers with them.
We hope these improved wireless services allow you to Get More."
funny thing is that amazon has this listed as a product...
Customer Rating: Summary: Another fee that has to be paid Comment: Another fee that has to be paid. I don't see anybody that would give a fee any stars. Would give it 0 if I could
Customer Rating: Summary: Regulatory Programs Fee Comment: This is absolutely the best Regulatory Program available on Amazon! I had no choice on another program, so this one is evidently tops. I would have bought two or three of these programs if Amazon had allowed it, but alas, I could only purchase the one.
Customer Rating: Summary: Can't escape Comment: I've been a T-Mobile customer for the past 6 years...never had any problems! This is a mandatory fee and is not too much! More importantly the T-mobile customer service and the anytime minutes alloted for a plan are the best when compared to other carriers!
Customer Rating: Summary: It's okay.. Comment: Regulatory programs fee, if it is about T-Mobile service. The fee was not that bad. But, you gotta look carefully when you sign up new contract. I bought a phone with great price but the deal was the plan I had was not the right one. Some of the plan are national coverage but some aren't. Look careful.
