Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Great value Comment: This is the first headset of this type I have ever owned, in fact I always thought of a headset as being over the top of your head with a boom mike. I own a few of those. I was worried that I wouldn't like it, that it would be uncomfortable, and that it wouldn't work very well. On the contrary, it is very comfortable for both my wife and I and it works better than any of the other headsets that I own. The sound is very clear and no one has ever said they couldn't hear me. It's too bad Amazon.com doesn't sell it directly because using the other sellers, the shipping is twice what the product cost is. After reading some of the other reviews about how flimsy the wires are, I decided to buy three of them (they are cheap) and the shipping only went up slightly. I think the quality is quite good, especially for the price. We now have one for the cell phone and two for the land lines around the house. Customer Rating: Summary: They break easily Comment: I really like the fit/feel of these, but the wire on the plug end seems to break easily with any bending, so they don't last long. Customer Rating: Summary: Nice for a corded unit Comment: I got this because I had to use a non-Bluetooth cell phone for a while and I prefer talking hands-free. PROS: Confortable. Very good sound quality. Cheap. Fits in my ear well enough that I'm able to keep the phone volume very low and still hear just fine. CONS: Corded. I've since gotten my Bluetooth phone back, but still keep this around in case the Bluetooth has problems. New state law in Washington requires a hands free phone and using my Earwave is what I needed. I liked it becuase it fits securely over the ear as well as with in the ear canal.
