Summary: Good compromise for occasional car calls
Comment: I don't use my phone a lot in the car and wasn't interested in wearing an in-the-ear unit just in case I'd recieve a call. Flashing blue light is not an issue for me, it's invisible during the day, out of my line of sight at night but I'm not a tall person.
Sound quality for people that I am talking to isn't great when I'm on the freeway but it would be better if I didn't drive a Honda Civic, at lower speeds the quality is ok. Unit was easy to set up since my phone is also a Motorola. I've used it to dial using the voice commands and it works fine. How this works has more to do with the phone I imagine.
This hands free unit came with a car charger which works with my Motorola phone. The A/C charger I got with the phone fits on this hands free unit so I'm now covered in both locations.
The little power button (different from the big blue call/hang-up button) isn't the easist to locate and depress but I'm not driving when I have to find it and the unit turns itself off after I leave the car with the phone on me.

Comment: As a in-car speakerphone, it (naturally) picks up road noise, etc. making it obvious to callers that you are in the car. But it works well and unless you're trying to conceal the fact that you're in the car, it seems everyone can understand what your saying.

Comment: No issues connecting it to my Blackberry or a iPhone. The sound quality is a bit odd (sounds like cave with strange interference from time to time) for listeners. Speaker is fine.

Summary: Works as expected, tinny speaker
Comment: The product works ok, it paired fine with my BB Pearl. I haven't really played with voice dialing, so can't comment on that feature. The volume is ok, depending on the situation and car. In one car which has pretty loud road noise, it's fine on blacktop pavement but a bit quiet on concrete where the tire noise is much louder. I could hear fine with the windows down until my speed was over 50mph, but the caller on the other end was definately aware of background wind noise (though they could clearly hear me). In another car with much less road noise, it was fine regardless of road type and better with windows down (the car is much quieter with windows down in general). The speaker was definitely "tinny" in sound quality, and could distort a bit if cranked to the max.
Overall ok, though I plan to try the Jabra SP5050 and the more expensive Moto with the FM integration as well as a comparison.

Comment: The T305 works great. It syncs well, the speaker is clear, and folks on the other side don't complain about you being in a "tunnel". I bought this one for my wife and will probably buy one for myself now. If you don't like the earpiece bluetooth hanging in your ear this is the device for you. There are many that cost more, but why buy them when this works so well.
