Comment: If I could ever revert one thing in this world, it would be the invention of ear buds. Such a stupid invention. How could it fit everyone's ear. Are they kidding. I hate the headset just because it does not fit perfectly. It is due to the useless three ear buds. It makes no difference to me.

Comment: Not bad for bluetooth. My Girlfried has a hard time hearing me when I'm on this devise, however, I can hear her better. Comfortable to wear, but there is a break-in period;meaning, for the first week or two it will hurt a bit when you insert ths at the beginning of your day.

Comment: The sound quality is amazing. Given that it goes deep into your ear, you may even not hear other noise sometimes. The extending boom is a nice option if your caller has difficulties hearing you. Buttons are a bit small and the power on/off button is tricky to operate, as if you press hard, you're actually pushing the piece, deep into your ear. Mute button could have been placed little down. Very good value for the price.

Summary: doesn't work for helio ocean
Comment: I just got it and have been struggling with it for a day. It's not the products fault, it's my phone. This will not (apparently) work with the helio ocean. I quickly and easily pair it with my roommates phones. With the ocean, it'sll pair, connect and everything, but no sound comes through.

Comment: This is the best bluetooth device I have had to date. The Plantronics Voyager 512 was good, but eventually broke. I bought a Jawbone device, but was VERY disappointed in the fit. It worked well, but was very uncomfortable regardless of the earpiece or ear loop configuration.
The Plantronics Voyager 815 is very light and comfortable.You hardly know it's there! The sound is great. I hear everybody, they hear me. The unit seals very well in the ear. In fact, when it is in your ear, and you are not on a call, it keeps all sound out. It took a very short time to get used to, but minor compared to all the other benefits!
