Summary: Gets the job done rather nicely
Comment: I purchased this Blu-Tooth headset in order to comply with the hands-free California law that went into effect on 7/1/08. The Motorola H710 works just fine. It's plenty loud enough (in fact I have to turn it down occasionally), plus it's about as comfortable as I imagine these things can get. The people I speak to with it say they have no trouble hearing me, and that my voice is clear and without distortion. I feel it's a great value for the money (no way was I going to spend $100+ on one.) I still feel kind of prententious wearing one, but it does make the drive home in traffic a little easier and bearable.

Summary: One of the best
Comment: I drive truck for a living, the H710 is the best one out of the 15 headsets i have tried that keep most of the backgrond noise
to a minimum

Summary: A Great Headset
Comment: I love this headset. It is extremely easy to use. The sound is great. I can hear who I'm calling perfectly and they tell me they can hear me just fine. Never once did I get a "I can't hear you...what did you say?" as a result of wearing this device. It is also extremely comfortable. I have very flat ears and this headset fits over my ear perfectly...so much so I sometimes forget I even have it on! I can even wear this with my sunglasses (which is a must since I use it most often driving). I also love the fact that there is no ear bud or anything to stick in the ear (which never fit me properly either). Frankly, I was surprised to find a quality hands-free device that worked great AND was comfortable to wear.

I highly recommend this product.

Summary: good reception
Comment: The motorola H710 has great reception and is so easy to turn on and off. The biggest problem is that people tell me I sound far away or there is an echo when I am talking.

Summary: Motorola H710 Headset
Comment: I purchased the H710 to pair with my wife's Samsung cell phone. It is not a quality headset. When listening to her through her headset, her voice often fades in and out. People that talk to her over the bluetooth complain that they can only hear every third word. In addition, the H710 picks up all background noises (clearer than the speaker's voice) to a point that it's annoying to the caller.
I use the original Jawbone by Aliph. The new model is much smaller than the original; however, sort of costly. It is worth the price ($125)to replace the H710 for my wife. You can still purchase the original Jawbone for half the cost. I talk to people while running the lawn edger and playing music in the car. They cannot hear any background noise because the technlogy filters speech from all ambient sounds.
