Comment: This product is cheap both in price and in quality. The tip of the product broke off after my first day of use rendering the product useless. Oh well, I got what I paid for.

Comment: Like other reviewers I found the cord to be quite thin, leading me to take extra care in it's use. After about 65-75 retraction cycles over 6 months it started to hang up without fully retracting the cord. Now after a total of 8 months it never retracts all the way and it will not power my Blackberry.

Comment: Very creative little device. I wish all of my chargers were this convenient. The only reason that I did not give this product 5 stars is because the cable is so thin and I'm afraid I may eventually break it (haven't broke it yet)...I bought two because the price was right...about to buy two more (kids want them).
